Marketing Maven’s entry, “Baby Trend Tops the Charts with 125% Social Media Engagement,” for the Facebook: Community Engagement category shares this finalist status with brands like Guthy-Renker and Sony Computer Entertainment America.

 

The firm was tasked with increasing Baby Trend’s social media exposure and developing an engaging online community for parents to communicate, connect and share with the brand. Upon building a strong online community, Marketing Maven later accessed analytics to better develop the online profile of a Baby Trend customer. By understanding the age, gender, socioeconomic status and race of the Baby Trend community members, Marketing Maven was able to develop a solid social media strategy that outlined measureable goals and benchmarks.
