Event Marketing

We will research relevant events for your leadership team to participate in. These will include events with opportunities for speaking engagements (including webinars) and credible industry events.

At the launch, we will start the research phase for events. This includes researching the event list your team provided as well as analyzing relevant events in the industry, attendee demographics, event cost, and speaking opportunities available for other events. As a deliverable, our team will provide you with a full list of shows and speaking opportunities to pursue.

After determining what speaking opportunities we will pursue, our team will rank each show according to importance and deadlines and start pitching to secure interest. As larger shows are more difficult to secure, we will be using our earned media placements to help substantiate your company’s credibility.

For inperson events that you will participate in, our team will also reach out to media attending those events (if applicable) and secure media interviews surrounding the event. Media coverage is important for events and is a great way to let the public know what you’re doing via a source they know and trust.Editors and reporters who attend shows are primarily there so they can report on the “news” from the event. This is why it is important to offer them an opportunity to learn something new about your company or industry.
