With a deep dive market research analysis, Marketing Maven was able to identify relevant data about both Harvest of the Sea and their top competitors. This included industry trends, consumer sentiment, social media and website audits, branding and more. By starting with market research, the Harvest of the Sea campaign established a strong, data-driven foundation before moving into the strategy phase.

Strategy Creation

Branding & Packaging

The Marketing Maven team worked closely with Harvest of the Sea to understand their unique value proposition and to create a logo that reflected the brand’s personality and core values. For all companies, branding and packaging are essential for how customers view a company and consider products while purchasing at retail.

For the package design, Marketing Maven focused on creating a design that would not only catch the eye of potential customers but also communicate the brand’s commitment to sustainability and quality. Marketing Maven’s team of graphic designers used natural colors and textures, as well as icons and copy, to convey key messages about the brand’s products and values.

Social Media Management

Before contracting a marketing agency, Harvest of the Sea had a presence on various social media platforms, but they were not seeing the engagement and results they were hoping for. To address this challenge, Marketing Maven started with a comprehensive analysis of Harvest of the Sea’s social media presence, including their content, audience, and competitors. Based on this analysis, the team developed a social media strategy that would help Harvest of the Sea increase their impressions, likes, and engagements. Marketing Maven also executed successful PR campaign for Harvest of the Sea, a seafood supplier, with the objective of reaching out to family and food outlets and securing influencer partnerships to promote seafood boils. Marketing Maven’s PR team analyzed the media landscape in the family and food outlets and identified relevant media opportunities, journalists, and influencers who would be interested in Harvest of the Sea’s products. They developed a targeted media outreach strategy that included press releases, media pitches, and influencer relations. Additionally, they created content that demonstrated Harvest of the Sea’s ability to be used in seafood boiling and cooking.

Influencer Marketing

Marketing Maven immediately identified Harvest of the Sea’s potential to be a hot product among food and cooking content creators. The agency reached out and collaborated with several creators to highlight Harvest of the Sea’s quality and convenience as a frozen seafood dish.

Marketing Maven’s influencer collaborations for Harvest of the Sea generated hundreds of thousands of impressions, spreading brand awareness for Harvest of the Sea and letting consumers know that there is an excellent frozen seafood option at their local store

PPC Ad Management

Building on their successful social media management for Harvest of the Sea, Marketing Maven launched a targeted pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaign to promote the brand’s products for summer cookouts. The campaign aimed to increase website traffic and sales during the summer months, which are traditionally peak season for seafood consumption.

Marketing Maven developed a comprehensive PPC strategy that included keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization. They used targeted keywords related to seafood and summer cookouts to reach potential customers who were actively searching for these products online
